Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of CreatorOS. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Use of the platform
You may use CreatorOS to manage your creator business — comments, DMs, leads, brand deals, automations, and the connected modules. You agree not to use the platform to send spam, harvest data from third parties, evade platform connect-account terms, or run unauthorized AI workloads against another tenant's data.
2. Accounts and workspaces
A workspace belongs to the tenant that created it. The owner role can transfer ownership, invite other roles (admin, manager, member, viewer), and close the workspace. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials secure. We may suspend an account for activity that violates these Terms or the law.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Billing is monthly or annual. Module add/remove is prorated. AI credits are non-refundable once granted but never expire mid-month. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at the period end; mid-cycle refunds are reviewed case by case. Disputed charges are handled in good faith via the contact form.
